Appendix 3Y for the purchase of 80,000 Shares on 7 December 2022; and 2. Appendix 3Y for the purchase of 100,000 Shares and sale of 80,000 Shares on 17 July 2023. It has come to the Company’s attention that an Appendix 3Y was inadvertently not lodged following the purchase of shares by Ms Zhang on 7 December 2022. In relation to the late lodgement of this Appendix 3Y we note the following: 1. The Appendix 3Y was not lodged due to an administrative oversight. The Appendix 3Y has been lodged promptly upon this oversight being identified. 2. The Company has an agreement in place with each of its directors which requires the director to provide the information needed to meet its disclosure requirements under ASX Listing Rule 3.19A. 3. The Company believes the arrangements it has in place with its directors are adequate. The late lodgement of the Appendix 3Y was due to an administrative oversight.
