Pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company provides the following information: 1. The Shares are being issued without disclosure to investor under part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; 2. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with: 3. (a) the provisions of chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (b) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and As at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information (in accordance with the requirements of subsections 708A(7) and (8) of the Act), other than as set out below: (a) The Company is in the process of finalising terms with brokers in relation to a potential capital raising. As at the date of this notice, there is no guarantee that a capital raising will complete. Further updates will be disclosed in accordance with the Company’s continuous disclosure obligations.
